@rich i know and heard of people training past 40, obviously u will be doing ur best stuff between like 18-28 ish, but u can still do good stuff past that age. Start training bro :)
Pretty nice post and video. I guess there's much more about Free Running then Parkour, in fact, but it's still a good video. I was a traceuse. So your blog really got my attention.
Awesome skills, these guys must have insane strength to weight ratios. Where is the best place to learn this stuff? Thinking of joining a gymnasts club to get the basics
@bigshanks, yeah gyms can be fun, i reallly recommend going out side with a few mates and starting to train there, look on youtube i made a post a day or so ago on how to start parkour. You will build up confidence alot quicker if u start outside, go to gym if u want to learn flips. but yeah i also made a post about what to look for, walls and stuff
I used to parkour until my girlfriend dumped me. this was seven years ago. That I quit parkour and my girlfriend wasn't really related. At all. But i felt like mentioning both, so I did.
Thats some sweet moves ! Awesome shtuff.
ReplyDeleteThis is crazy!
ReplyDeleteWhoa!
ReplyDeleteHow many years of practice do you need to be able to do these movements?
ReplyDeleteI'd like to practice this, but I think I'm getting old. :(
